ok lets start.
1) extract it
2) in assets_p.dat\bound delete all vp_civica files, insert unrared files
3) the same in assets_p.dat\geometry and assets_p.dat\model
4) in assets_p.dat\tune insert unrared data in folders camera and vehicle
5) in assets_p.dat\texture_x, delete va_bus1_|_back.bmp, va_bus1_|_front.bmp and va_bus1_|_side.bmp.
It appears that you will need mcnoarchive.exe to open the files, but it might work with winrar, too. I take no responsibility for whatever you will do with this translation. I just translated the guide, I didn’t test it. You should back up the assets_p.dat file, before trying to use this mod.
